My Research.
I established the Maumee Archaeological Landscape Project (MALP) in 2021 to investigate changes in how people used the Maumee River and its unique ecosystems and natural resources through time.
My dissertation investigates Late Woodland interaction with Mississippian migrants (Fort Ancient peoples from southern Ohio) around AD 1250 on the floodplain of the First Rapids of the Maumee River.
